What to Expect

Here at Legacy Chiropractic Center, we want to ensure that when you enter our doors, you know exactly what to expect. Once you book your appointment, you will be sent an email with a link to fill out your initial paperwork. By doing this in advance, it eliminates the annoying task of having to do that when you come in. That way we can get your started on your healing path right away.

If you forget or are unable to do this prior to your arrival, don’t worry, we can do it when you arrive. Just be sure to come about 15 minutes early to allow time. You will want to be as thorough as possible. The more we know, the better we can assist you in your health goals.
